Important Note About Fires/Solo Stoves/Grills
Normally, open fires are NOT allowed in the open field where we create our van village campgrounds. However, the Pasco County Fire & Parks Departments have graciously authorized the use of "solo stoves", BBQ grills, and similar items but you must have a CERTIFIED 2-A:10-B:C fire extinguisher. Importantly, a brand-new fire extinguisher is NOT certified, you must have a professional company certify it (take to a fire extinguisher inspection company and have it inspected and tagged). We will have arranged to have certified fire extinguishers for rent by purchasing the $50 add-on ticket or you can bring your own. If you want to rent a certified fire extinguisher, you MUST purchase the add-on ticket at least 1 week before the event. We will be removing this option at that time so we can coordinate with the provider of the units. We will not have extra fire extinguishers for rent at the event. The Fire Department will be there issuing citations to anyone who has an open fire without a certified 2-A:10-B:C fire extinguisher. Note, that this only pertains to open flames OUTSIDE of your rig. A cooktop, etc. inside your rig does not require a certified fire extinguisher. Any propane device that produces an open flame (outside the vehicle) is not permitted without a CERTIFIED 2-A:10-B:C fire extinguisher. Open flames inside the vehicle are permitted without a CERTIFIED 2-A:10-B:C fire extinguisher, (but it is good practice to have a fire extinguisher in your rig at all times.) We will have a few campfires each evening in the Leafy Lounge and you can also bring your own "solo stove" or BBQ grill to the lounge WITHOUT the need for a certified fire extinguisher.Weekend Camping Pass

Weekend Camping Pass (up to 2x rigs)
RV Forest – WITH Hookups – $499
These premium campsites are tucked away into the trees with lots of shade. Each site is large enough for 2x smaller rigs such as a camper van and therefore, you’re allowed up to 2x small campers per site along with 2x other cars or trucks, 2x pets and up to 4x people (additional attendee tickets also available below). We encourage you to share these campsites with a friend. As a result, these RV Forest camping tickets can be scanned twice at the welcome station. Other camping tickets can only be used/scanned once. There is a single water hookup that can be shared if you bring a hose bib splitter and both a 30 amp and 15 amp electrical connection. This means that if you have 2x small rigs, you can use the 30 amp service for one and the 15 amp for the other. In addition, RV Forest campers have access to a bathroom with showers in the campground. This campground is also about 100 yards away from all the action and separated by a small forest so it’s quieter, but a little more remote. See map for location. You will be assigned a designated campsite after booking (please specify vehicle length in order notes on checkout). These tickets are extremely limited and will sell out quickly!

One of our most important goals for Peace Love & Vans is to bring together our community of like-minded folks in a fun way that doesn’t feel too big and promotes real connections. Based on our first few years of experience, we have space for just over 500 rigs in our utopian van village without it being too crowded. However, since this is such a unique (and epic) gathering, and the word is getting out, we’ve had the very “good problem” of selling out of camping tickets quite early.
While selling out is a great signal how awesome the event is, it’s not so great for giving people time to even find out about the event! Thus, we put our rusty thinking caps on and came up with a new plan to release tickets in batches so both our old friends and some new friends can join us.
Each batch will have a limited number of tickets available so that future batches aren’t left in the cold (like north of Florida in the wintertime). However, the RV Forest and Connect Camp tickets will likely be sold out in the first two batches because of how few tickets there are for those but there are far more tickets for the Groovy Grove, Birds of a Feather and Chillville campgrounds.
Note, you are limited to 1x camping ticket purchase during the presale batches. However, even though day pass ticketing doesn’t being for the general public until July 18th, you may add day pass tickets to your order during the presale windows.

Camping Ticketing Batch 3 – Partners of Peace Love & Vans

During this batch, our partners will share their unique presale passwords with their audience. Don’t worry, we’re not selling a ton of tickets during this window – just enough to help us foster diversity for our utopian van village!
